Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Implementation Project Leader to join our team at Finexio. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for leading the configuration and implementation of our software solution for our clients, ensuring seamless adoption and client success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners, serving as the primary point of contact for implementation projects.
  • Create and execute detailed implementation plans, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring timely project delivery.
  • Provide consultative expertise on best practices, leading training sessions and workshops to educate clients on software usage and adoption.
  • Configure software to meet client requirements, ensuring thorough testing and peer-reviewing before transitioning to Account Management and Client Operations.
  • Maintain detailed project work plans, issue logs, and key decisions, presenting project status to internal management and customer stakeholders.
  • Convene relationship and contract discussions to manage scope and client expectations, influencing key decision-makers to optimize software usage.
  • Identify and develop solutions to implementation challenges, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Coordinate and motivate stakeholders to adopt the software, educating them on best practices and software usage.
  • Share client feedback and ideas with Product, advocating for product enhancements and improvements.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience leading SaaS software implementation projects in the enterprise space.
  • Experience with API integrations or custom ETL integrations (preferred).
  • Proven ability to run projects, not just manage projects, with a track record of delivering on time and under budget.
  • Experience working in a business environment with growth rates above 50% per year or more.
  • Demonstrated ability for executive and associate-level communication and presentation skills.
  • Positive, can-do attitude combined with an ability to manage customer expectations and be assertive and persuasive.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, rapidly adapt, and respond to customer requests and timeline changes.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for developing processes and process improvement.
