Requirements:
  • At least one full-cycle Epic implementation experience with a multi-million dollar budget
  • Basic architectural knowledge across IT and telecom environments
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, analytical, planning, and excellent communication skills
  • At least five years of experience as a proven change agent and mentor
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office products, including MS Project, Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to effectively utilize external vendors and resources throughout the organization
  • Strong negotiation, consulting, and arbitration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or Computer Science
