As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in our vision of making a meaningful difference. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering occupational therapy services to children across various settings, including schools, clinics, and homes, necessitating travel.

Our services are provided under the early intervention, educational, and medical frameworks, offering therapists a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive experience and insight into the nuances and interactions of these care models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations across all care models.
  • Collaborate with the team to formulate the most effective care plans.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely documentation of evaluations, re-evaluations, and treatment sessions.
  • Deliver ongoing therapy services under all care models.
  • Adhere to productivity and documentation standards.
  • Engage in health promotion initiatives.
  • Contribute to program development.
  • Participate in continuing education relevant to this patient demographic and leadership.
  • Assist in fieldwork education when eligible.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Valid California licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • Membership in APTA.
  • CPR Certification.
  • TB Test.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

  • Ability and enthusiasm to work within an interdisciplinary clinic.
  • Capacity to build rapport with patients, families, and caregivers.
  • Proactive approach and willingness to support company growth.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Flexibility to accommodate patient scheduling based on demand.
  • Proficiency in computer usage.
  • Open to entry-level applicants as well as experienced clinicians seeking leadership roles within the Physical Therapy department.
