We are seeking a licensed Physical Rehabilitation Specialist who is a proactive self-starter, eager for mentorship and ongoing professional development.

In this role, you will assist in the development and growth of our center, engaging in program and business development initiatives, and participating in community events.

You will also support leadership in managing employee relations, ensuring adherence to organizational policies, and developing strategies to enhance profitability through referral growth and community engagement.

We encourage continuous learning and professional growth, empowering our clinical staff to meet the needs of our patients effectively.

Strong relationships with physicians, customers, and payors are essential, and you will coordinate the implementation of specialized clinical programs as needed.

Proficiency in Windows-based office applications (e.g., Word, Excel) is required. We value leadership qualities such as integrity, positivity, discernment, resilience, and resourcefulness.

Effective communication skills are crucial for precise report writing and presenting information to both staff and patients.

Applicants must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or have graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
