Role Overview:
As a Physical Therapist, you will be a vital contributor to our mission of Making A Difference. This role involves delivering occupational therapy services to children across various settings, including schools, clinics, and homes, necessitating travel.

Service Delivery:
Therapists will provide services under early intervention, educational, and medical frameworks, allowing for a comprehensive understanding of the nuances and interactions among these care models. Our unique approach emphasizes collaboration and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting thorough evaluations across all care models.
  • Collaborating with the team to devise optimal care plans.
  • Maintaining precise and timely documentation of evaluations, re-evaluations, and treatment sessions.
  • Delivering ongoing therapy services under all models of care.
  • Upholding productivity and documentation standards.
  • Engaging in health promotion initiatives.
  • Assisting in program development.
  • Participating in relevant continuing education and leadership training.
  • Contributing to fieldwork education when eligible.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • A valid California physical therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Membership in the APTA.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • A recent TB test.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
