We are seeking experienced Neonatologists to provide specialized care in the Greater San Francisco area. This role offers flexibility with per diem opportunities, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Provide care in Level II NICU and Level III NICU settings.
- Manage a 5-bed unit at Mills Peninsula Hospital and a 36-bed unit at California Pacific Medical Center.
- Available shifts include daytime coverage at Mills-Peninsula Medical Center and nighttime coverage at California Pacific Medical Center.
- Opportunity for 24-hour in-house coverage for NICU Level II and well-baby care.
- Board Certification in Neonatology.
- A minimum of one year of clinical experience.
- Active California medical license.
- Willingness to work weekends.
- Availability for a minimum of two shifts per month.
Pediatrix offers competitive compensation at a rate of $130.00 per hour. Travel expenses, including round-trip flights, rental cars, or mileage, will be covered for those residing outside a commutable distance. Additionally, malpractice insurance is provided for this W-2 per diem position.
