Job Summary:

Main Line Health, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team in the General Cardiology practice. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with physicians and residents, and leading quality and evidence-based care initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including medical diagnosis, prescription of medical therapeutic or corrective measures, and coordination of care with other healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with attending physicians and residents to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices in cardiology.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Nurse Practitioner education.
  • Current licensure as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an outpatient cardiology setting.
  • Experience with electronic medical records and other healthcare software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
