Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill children in the PICU/CCU
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Perform advanced procedures, including endotracheal intubation, arterial and central venous line placement, and chest tube placement
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice guidelines
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field
  • PA Registered Nurse License and PA Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner License
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
