Off Lease Only LLC is seeking a highly skilled General Manager to lead our sales and finance teams in achieving store volume goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate daily dealership operations.
  • Direct and coordinate sales and administrative activities related to vehicle sales.
  • Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties.
  • Monitor suppliers to ensure efficient and effective provision of goods and services within budgetary limits.
  • Establish or implement dealership policies, goals, and objectives in conjunction with corporate policies and organization officials.
  • Perform personnel functions such as selection, training, and evaluation.
  • Discuss job performance problems with employees to identify causes and issues and work on resolving problems.
  • Manage the movement of vehicles into and out of the dealership to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Complete and deliver employee performance reviews and coordinate employee pay increases with Human Resources and Executive Management.
  • Manage sales and finance departments in the dealership.
  • Utilize ADP, CDK, and Dealersocket to pull deals, input, and access customer information.
  • Plan and develop short and long-term goals and objectives annually and submit time projections to corporate management for approval.
  • Monitor daily operations and recommend improved courses of action where necessary.
  • Coordinate with the corporate office to ensure records and analyses are correctly maintained.
  • Create and maintain a good working relationship with lending institutions.
  • Coordinate regular meetings with department managers to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Oversee the hiring and training of department managers.
  • Maintain an enthusiastic attitude to build positive employee attitudes and morale.
  • Address any customer complaints that department managers are unable to rectify and take necessary steps to resolve these complaints.
Supervisory Responsibilities

This position supervises employees.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred or experience commensurate with education.
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in sales or finance management in an automotive dealership.
  • Must have a complete understanding of vehicle sales and vehicle financing.
  • A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record in the sole discretion of Off Lease Only.
