Key Responsibilities
  • Arrive punctually and be ready to begin work before the shift commences.
  • Efficiently respond to requests from service technicians and lube technicians by quickly locating the correct parts and delivering them to the technicians' work areas as necessary.
  • Assist retail customers at the front counter by identifying the appropriate parts they require, even if they are unsure of the specific terminology. Encourage the sale once the part is identified and the pricing is communicated. For special orders, collect the necessary deposit and notify the customer promptly upon arrival of the part.
  • Handle incoming phone calls using the established script, providing assistance to both retail customers and wholesale shops.
  • Conduct weekly outreach to wholesale clients to maintain our high standard of service, fostering relationships and demonstrating our commitment to customer care.
  • Assist in stocking parts upon receipt, ensuring they are organized on shelves with part numbers clearly visible for easy retrieval. Correct any misplacements of parts as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all items have designated places and are returned there before the end of the shift.
