We are seeking an experienced Assistant Operations Manager to join our team at The Parking Spot in Baltimore. As an Assistant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the General Managers in the day-to-day operations of our facilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee the physical condition and appearance of our facilities and fleet.
  • Monitor the performance of employees within a shift to ensure operational standards are met.
  • Train employees to perform their specific responsibilities.
  • Complete assigned projects relating to operational improvements, maintenance, and shuttle repair.
  • Handle customer service issues effectively.
  • Ensure all employees follow company policies and procedures.
  • Respond to shift coverage needs.
  • Comply with all applicable regulations and requirements.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Ability to work a varied and flexible schedule.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to gather and summarize data for reports.
  • A solid employment record and previous customer service experience.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain required licenses or badges.
