Shared Services Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Shared Services Consultant to join our team in Brentwood, TN.
The Shared Services Consultant will provide comprehensive administrative support across multiple departments, including HR, IT, Compliance, Marketing, and Facilities. This role is essential for enhancing operational efficiency and will evolve over time to meet the changing needs of the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Onboarding Support: Assist with new hire onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for incoming employees.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with IT vendors to resolve issues and ensure service delivery meets organizational needs.
- Compliance Adherence: Support compliance initiatives by maintaining documentation and assisting in audits as required.
- Marketing Assistance: Help with marketing projects and event planning, contributing to the successful execution of campaigns and company events.
- Facilities Coordination: Work closely with the facilities team to address and resolve various office maintenance issues.
- Project Management: Manage multiple office projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met and communication is maintained across departments.
- Proven experience providing administrative support to leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with vendors and outsourced teams to resolve issues effectively.
- Strong positive attitude and willingness to jump into projects with minimal notice.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn basic accounting practices/tools.
