We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Wellness Coordinator to join our team at The Joint Chiropractic. As a key member of our clinic staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient experiences and driving business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Greet patients with enthusiasm and build strong relationships
  • Educate patients on wellness offerings and services
  • Share personal chiropractic experience and stories to build trust and rapport
  • Offer and convert patients to the Wellness Plan or Visit Package that best suits their treatment plan
  • Complete transactions using point of sale software and ensure accurate patient accounts
  • Assist patients with paperwork and provide exceptional customer service
  • Participate in marketing and sales opportunities to attract new patients
  • Manage daily clinic operations, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Execute Standard Operating Procedures and maintain the highest levels of professionalism
Qualifications
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales, preferably in a high-paced retail environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree or higher preferred)
  • Cheerful and positive attitude
  • Able to work weekends and evenings as required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and office equipment
  • Maintain a professional appearance and wear company-approved attire
