The Real Estate Sales Agent Trainee role offers an exceptional opportunity for growth and development within KW Metropolitan's fast-paced environment. With comprehensive training and coaching, you'll gain the expertise needed to succeed in the competitive real estate market.
Main Duties:

- Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal.
- 'Always be consulting' by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers.

Salary Range:
