Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to incoming questions and concerns from clients, agents, and other stakeholders, providing clear and concise information about our flood insurance products and services.
  • Policy Processing: Apply underwriting guidelines to process cash reports, FEMA reports, and other workflow functions, ensuring accuracy and efficient flow through the processing system.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot problems and identify differences between similar items, utilizing product and system knowledge to make logical and quality decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to identify processing enhancements and improve overall efficiency.
  • Communication: Maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience: 1-2 years of clerical support or customer service experience
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, Outlook experience, and data entry skills (1200 kpm)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration or a related field
  • Experience: Salesforce and AS400 experience, bilingual skills
