- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to identify processing enhancements and improve overall efficiency.
- Communication: Maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience: 1-2 years of clerical support or customer service experience
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, Outlook experience, and data entry skills (1200 kpm)
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration or a related field
- Experience: Salesforce and AS400 experience, bilingual skills
