Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments, products, and services to provide accurate information to clients.
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Florida 4-40 or 2-20 License Required
- High School Diploma/GED Required
- 2 or more years experience in personal lines insurance
- Good understanding of all lines of Personal insurance
- Ability to build rapport with each customer through active listening
- Experience dealing with multiple insurance carriers
- Knowledge of Applied "EPIC" Agency Management System beneficial
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
