Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments, products, and services to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and partnerships.
Requirements
  • Florida 4-40 or 2-20 License Required
  • High School Diploma/GED Required
  • 2 or more years experience in personal lines insurance
  • Good understanding of all lines of Personal insurance
  • Ability to build rapport with each customer through active listening
  • Experience dealing with multiple insurance carriers
  • Knowledge of Applied "EPIC" Agency Management System beneficial
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
