- Benefits Enrollment: Assist with annual benefits enrollment and provide support to employees during the enrollment process.
- Recruitment Support: Assist with recruitment efforts, including job fair sign-ups and other related activities.
- HR Documentation: Prepare HR presentation materials, employee documents, and standard operating procedures for internal HR processes.
- Confidentiality and Compliance: Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Education and Experience: Three years of related work experience preferred, or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the role.
- Professional Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior organizational skills and attention to detail, working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures, excellent time management skills, self-motivated with demonstrated ability to problem solve and think independently, ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment, ability to handle confidential data with a high level of professionalism, and strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
