We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN to supervise our home care agency. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, compassionate individual who is passionate about ensuring top-notch care for our clients. The home care agency supervisor is responsible for the care provided by the CNA staff and for directing the office staff. They are responsible for ensuring participants' care is coordinated and managed appropriately according to state and federal guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accomplish nursing human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
- Meet nursing operational standards by contributing information to strategic plans and reviews, implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, resolving problems, and identifying system improvements.
- Meet nursing financial standards by providing annual budget information, monitoring expenditures, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain home care guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
- Assure quality of care by developing and interpreting the nursing division's philosophies and standards of care, enforcing adherence to state regulations.
Requirements:
- Currently listed as RN in North Carolina.
- No substantiated findings of neglect, abuse, or misappropriation of patients.
- A valid driving license with personal vehicle insurance.
- A dependable means of transportation.
