  2. Graduation from an accredited American school and American Board certification (CCP) or CCP eligibility.
  3. Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
  4. Ability to adapt to a challenging clinical environment.
  5. Experience with blood management is preferred.
  6. Willingness to relocate to the East Stroudsburg area or surrounding communities.
