Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiovascular Sales Specialist to join our team at Novartis Group Companies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with key customers in the cardiovascular space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to drive sales growth and increase market share in the cardiovascular segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including physicians, administrators, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide expert product knowledge and support to customers, including product training and education.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and executing sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a life sciences or business-related field.
- 5+ years of experience in specialty cardiovascular sales, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and developing strategic customer relationships.
- Strong understanding of the cardiovascular market and customer needs, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
