Responsibilities:We are seeking a highly skilled DFT engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative DFT techniques and methodologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting DFT on multiple projects across various design centers
- Applying advanced DFT techniques and methodologies to improve test quality and efficiency
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate DFT solutions into our design flows
- Developing and maintaining DFT documentation and knowledge base
- Providing training and support to other specialists on DFT-related topics
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 8+ years of experience in DFT engineering
- Proficiency in Perl, TCL, and/or C programming
- Experience with Unix/Linux environments
- Strong knowledge of DFT fundamentals, including at-speed testing, test insertion, and test coverage assessment
- Experience with Siemens, Cadence, and/or Synopsys DFT tools
We are also looking for candidates with experience in:
- Building and deploying generic DFT flows
- Familiarity with IEEE standards such as 1500, 1149.1, 1687, and 1838
- Supporting silicon into volume production
- Knowledge of SSN and 3DIC
- Hands-on experience with synthesis and static timing analysis (STA)
