Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled DFT Engineer to join our team at Qualcomm. As a DFT Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced test architectures for our ASIC designs.

Your expertise in DFT will enable us to deliver high-quality products to our customers. You will work closely with our RTL, Synthesis, and Physical Design teams to ensure seamless integration of DFT into our design flow.

Key qualifications for this role include a strong background in DFT, experience with ATPG, and expertise in fault models such as Stuck-at, Transition, Path Delay, Gate-Exhaustive, IDDQ, and Cell Aware.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement advanced test architectures for ASIC designs
  • Collaborate with RTL, Synthesis, and Physical Design teams to ensure seamless integration of DFT
  • Develop and maintain DFT tools and scripts
  • Perform DFT verification and validation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 6+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience
  • Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 5+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience
  • PhD in Science, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience
