Job Overview:

At ARM, we are seeking a highly skilled DFT Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting DFT on multiple types of projects in multiple design centers and applying innovative DFT techniques. This role will also contribute to DFT methodology by crafting flows, evaluating tool capabilities, and helping other specialists on projects.

This position requires a strong background in DFT, with experience in Perl, TCL, and/or C programming. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Unix/Linux environments and have knowledge of at-speed testing, test insertion, and test coverage assessment.

Additionally, the candidate should have experience with Siemens, Cadence, and/or Synopsys DFT tools and be familiar with IEEE standards such as 1500, 1149.1, 1687, and 1838.
