We are seeking a skilled Senior DFT Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing test strategies for electronic systems and integrated circuits.

  • Develop and implement DFT methodologies and techniques, including scan insertion, boundary scan, and built-in self-test (BIST) for complex digital designs
  • Own the block and run the flows
