About the Job

Talent Masters is seeking a seasoned Director of Business Development to spearhead our skilled nursing liaison team in Maryland. As a key leader, you will drive growth and increase patient census across multiple facilities, leveraging your expertise to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to boost patient census and drive business growth.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing, liaison, and admissions teams to ensure seamless collaboration and high-performing results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and community organizations to generate referrals and drive patient admissions.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the healthcare landscape.
  • Monitor team performance, census trends, and marketing efforts, providing regular reports to senior management on progress and outcomes.
  • Ensure all business development efforts align with the organization's mission, vision, and patient care standards.
  • Represent the company at community events, healthcare conferences, and networking opportunities to elevate our visibility.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience in skilled nursing or healthcare marketing and business development, preferably with leadership experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams, including admissions personnel.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Maryland healthcare landscape, including regulations and referral processes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A strong desire for career advancement within the organization, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to professional development.
Compensation:
  • Salary of $100,000 per year, or more based on experience and candidacy.
