The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to ensure all financial transactions have appropriate documentation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for recording day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining the general ledger, processing accounts payable and receivable, and helping to maintain the office. They will also work closely with all internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Requirements for the position include 1 year of bookkeeping experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles. The ideal candidate will also have experience with QuickBooks Online, Service Titan CRM, payroll, accounts receivable/payable, and/or bookkeeping.
