The Chief Nursing Executive Officer (CNEO) plays a pivotal role in directing nursing practices and overseeing hospital operations, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe CNEO is responsible for:
- Formulating and implementing nursing policies and objectives, ensuring adherence to established standards.
- Guaranteeing the delivery of exceptional care through efficient management of healthcare facilities.
- Participating in the development of comprehensive patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
- Establishing ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services.
- Driving operational enhancements based on data analysis and benchmarking.
- Overseeing nursing staff performance and ensuring the provision of quality patient care.

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of ten (10) years of nursing experience, with at least five (5) years in a leadership capacity.
- Progressively responsible administrative experience in healthcare settings, preferably acute care.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) and a Master's Degree in Nursing or a related field (MSN/MBA/MHA).
- A valid Registered Nursing License (RN) in the state of practice.
