Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate credit strategies utilizing data, machine learning algorithms, and sophisticated analytical tools.
  • Drive innovation by experimenting with new data sources, analytical methodologies, and models.
  • Evaluate portfolio performance at a detailed segment level.
  • Assess the effects of modifications in credit policy on loan volume and overall credit outcomes.
  • Track and report fluctuations in origination trends and portfolio performance.
  • Apply creative thinking to address challenges.
  • Design A/B testing frameworks and comprehend risk-return dynamics.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to execute and oversee strategies.
  • Consolidate analysis for management review.
  • This is a full-time position requiring in-person attendance during business hours.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in a quantitative discipline.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in data and strategic analytics.
  • Proficient SQL coding skills and familiarity with visualization tools.
  • Experience in Financial Services and Subprime Lending is preferred.
  • Capability to conduct comprehensive data research and manage large datasets.
  • Strong communication skills, both clear and concise.
