Sales Development Representative

NY Wills & Estates is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team in New York. This is an in-office position that offers an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with prospective clients to understand their estate planning needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Convert leads into clients by effectively communicating the benefits of our services.
- Schedule strategy sessions between prospective clients and our legal team.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, providing clear, concise information and follow-ups.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Collaborate with our marketing and legal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client outreach and sales efforts.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the legal or professional services sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and leads simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM software and managing sales pipelines.
- Ability to work full-time in the office.
- A customer-first attitude and the ability to handle objections while closing sales.
