Concierge Coordinator

Join the Peninsula Jewish Community Center team as a Concierge, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement customer service initiatives, promoting member satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of all programs and activities offered at the PJCC, providing accurate information to members and staff.
- Assist with membership sales, tours, and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new members.
- Manage member feedback, concerns, and questions, providing mediation and resolution as needed.
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a fitness or wellness setting.
- CPR/AED certification and ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with staff and members.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
