Operations Supervisor


Position Summary:

The Rooms Operations Supervisor is responsible for upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and room upkeep. This position entails overseeing the front desk, housekeeping, and guest services teams to ensure a flawless and memorable guest experience.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries.
  • Guarantee prompt and courteous service to all patrons.
  • Effectively address and resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Supervise the housekeeping staff to maintain exceptional cleanliness and organization in guest accommodations and common areas.
  • Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms and public spaces to ensure cleanliness standards are upheld.
  • Oversee the inventory of cleaning supplies and linens.
  • Recruit, train, and manage front office, housekeeping, and guest services personnel.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve any repair and maintenance issues.
  • Analyze and report on performance metrics related to the rooms division, including occupancy rates and guest satisfaction scores.
  • Work in conjunction with other department heads to ensure seamless overall hotel operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in hotel management, particularly in front office or housekeeping roles.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
