About the Role

  • As an Operating Room Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our surgical team.
  • You will work closely with our experienced surgeons and anesthesiologists to ensure a smooth and safe surgical experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparing patients for surgery, including administering medications and conducting pre-operative assessments.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to any changes or concerns during the surgical procedure.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a safe and efficient operating room environment.
  • Participate in post-operative care, including administering medications and providing emotional support to patients and their families.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Operating Room Nurse in an outpatient surgery setting.
  • BSN degree or equivalent required.
  • CNOR certification preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
