Claims Support Specialist

As a Service Claims Advocate at ARW Home, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and support throughout the claims process. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving claims efficiently and accurately. We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Process and manage claims from initiation to closure, adhering to company procedures and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless claim resolution and excellent customer service.
- Document all interactions and claims processed accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of call center or customer service experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Talent for multitasking, typing while talking to customers.
- Must type at least 30 wpm.
- Proficient with computers, strong keying skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability for problem-solving and handling objections.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to maintain a positive attitude.
Compensation:
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of approximately $17.00 per hour, with opportunities for raises after 90 days of employment. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a 401(k) plan with company match, dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
