Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions and business activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries regarding insurance availability, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing clarification.
  • Assist in the coordination of office operations, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
