Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Order Fulfillment Associate to join our team. As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and high-quality products. You will be responsible for processing orders, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to clients
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the stockroom and sales floor
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and provide a positive client experience
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting store environment
  • Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one year of sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods
