Consumer Loan Fulfillment Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Consumer Loan Fulfillment Manager to oversee the end-to-end loan fulfillment process for consumer and residential real estate loans. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as expertise in consumer lending and documentation procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of consumer loan fulfillment specialists, ensuring department objectives and staffing needs are met.
- Oversee the loan fulfillment process from submission to funding, ensuring accurate loan documents and closings.
- Identify areas for improvement in the loan fulfillment process and implement changes as necessary.
- Establish and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reporting on team performance metrics.
- Perform processing with the team, including personal, auto, and home equity loans.
- Assist the AVP of Consumer Loan Operations with the review and testing of new releases and system enhancements.
- Maintain existing consumer credit products in the core system and lending operating system.
- Comply with and stay up-to-date on all policies, guidelines, and procedures, federal and state laws applicable to consumer loan servicing.
- Minimum 7-9 years of consumer loan servicing/loan documentation experience, including 1-3 years of management experience.
- Experience with consumer loan and documentation procedures, policies, regulations, and laws, including knowledge of bankruptcy and consumer law.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and accept change, with a strong team environment.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. and travel occasionally.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field.
- Lending experience at a Credit Union or Financial Institution.
- Strong analytical and computer skills, with a technical background and on-going maintenance of loan core systems.
