Senior Compensation Analyst

Atlanta Headquartered Company is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to drive the execution of compensation and total rewards strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and communicate pay structures, grades, and compensation benefits to advise managers on effective pay decisions.
  • Address moderate to complex compensation questions using knowledge of compensation, human resources, and internal policies.
  • Participate in compensation surveys, manage market data, analyze job descriptions and classifications, and benchmark jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation.
  • Perform job evaluations as requested by internal stakeholders to evaluate and market price new and revised jobs.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to maintain job descriptions and ensure they accurately reflect the work being performed by incumbents.
  • Work with internal employment counsel on FLSA exemption determinations.
  • Assist with compensation projects and processes and serve as a resource for the Compensation module within the Workday HCM system through testing and continuous improvement.
  • Use analytics to monitor the effectiveness of compensation plans, programs, and policies.
  • Play an integral role in the integration of the Workday Advanced Compensation Module.
