Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers through on-site visits, conference calls, and email communications.
  • Author technical papers, presentations, and videos to showcase CHT's expertise and products.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop tools and documents that support sales efforts.
  • Conduct laboratory work to cross-pollinate EU and US products and application successes.
  • Attend regular meetings to stay up-to-date on CHT products and chemistry.
  • Support distributors with joint customer visits and training as needed.
  • Consult and communicate regularly with technical service colleagues.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in chemistry or a related field is preferred.
  2. Similar experience in silicone elastomers is a plus.
  3. Prior experience presenting technical papers, posters, and talks at industry trade shows and conferences is highly valued.
