We are looking for a dedicated Behavioral Health Nurse Specialist like you to join our team at Chippenham Hospital in Richmond, Virginia. As a Registered Nurse (RN) at our award-winning Tucker Pavilion, you will be part of a team of nurses providing direct nursing care to patients at Virginia's First and most Prestigious Behavioral Health Hospital.

**Job Summary and Qualifications**

You will administer prescribed medications, change dressings, clean wounds, and monitor vital signs. As a member of this team, you will monitor, record and communicate patient conditions as appropriate using computerized documentation systems. Our nurses serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. You will be responsible for coordinating patients discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

* Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date* Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date* Registered Nurse* Registered Nurse Diploma* CJW Medical Center is comprised of Chippenham Hospital and Johnston-Willis Hospital.
