Critical Care RN Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide therapeutic care to patients being treated for trauma-related conditions, cardiac, respiratory, and renal issues.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care and maintain cultural and diversity awareness.
- Coordinate patient discharge planning and participate in patient and family education.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required. BSN preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse License in Virginia or active Multistate Compact License required.
- 1 year of recent (within the last 1-2 years) acute care RN experience in a hospital setting preferred.
