Market Development Manager

**Market Execution**

As a key member of the ForceBrands team, you will be responsible for building relationships and developing business in a sub-set of accounts, while remaining opportunistic in the General Market. This role will involve daily and weekly account visits to gain new distribution, ensure our shelf placement is appropriate, and generate sales.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the alignment of execution with distributor counterparts
  • Communicate and follow up with customers and distributors
  • Participate in key buyer meetings and business reviews for large regional accounts
  • Field execution of key sponsorships and trade promotions
  • Field execution of training, wine dinners, promo events, customer training, etc.

**Distributor Engagement**

You will be responsible for sales leadership with distributors and markets in sales regions, helping to facilitate relationships with sales reps and district managers that influence accounts within your universe. You will also attend and lead presentations at distributor general sales meetings.

**Requirements**

  • Passion for people and building relationships
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Alc-Bev, preferably luxury
  • Familiarity with the market and key accounts
  • Demonstrated ability in customer management within specific territories
  • Solid understanding of the three-tier distribution system
  • Excellent communication skills, articulate with strong public speaking ability/experience and excellent writing skills. Ability to persuade and influence.
