The MSPM must possess exceptional skills in project management, organization, and communication.

The individual will work closely with the Marketing Solutions Lead to identify project deliverables and timelines, while also collaborating with cross-functional team members to create comprehensive project plans and maintain effective communication regarding progress.

Daily responsibilities include providing project status updates to the Marketing Solutions Lead, participating in daily check-ins, and facilitating project-specific meetings such as kickoffs, workshops, and reviews. The MSPM will also oversee project documentation and artifacts.

The role requires defining project processes and ensuring a smooth workflow from initiation to delivery and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver on prioritized projects and initiatives for the business unit
- Develop detailed project schedules and workflows
- Assess project requirements and technical feasibility
- Manage client interactions, including kick-offs, reviews, and approvals to ensure timely progress
- Create and maintain thorough project documentation
- Oversee project timelines and milestones to consistently meet or exceed expectations
- Review client change requests and provide insights on schedule, effort, and budget implications
- Present creative solutions and gather feedback
- Advocate for the business unit in interactions with cross-functional teams
- Identify opportunities for reusing past materials or directing partners to self-service options
- Ensure consistent communication of project status to both business units and team members.
- Maintain all reports, milestones, and tasks updated in the project management tool for the Marketing Solutions Lead

Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong people and project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans
- Excellent resource management capabilities
- Familiarity with various marketing disciplines (content, paid media, web, multimedia)
- Understanding of the video production process is a plus
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities

Educational Background:

- Bachelor's degree
- Several years of experience in project management, preferably within the marketing sector.
- Project management certification preferred (CSM, CSP, PMP, SAFe).

Certifications & Licenses:

- PMP
- Project management certification.
