  • Drive strategy for corporate communications across all channels to build and amplify our company's reputation with key stakeholders.
  • Serve as a key business partner and resource to our leadership team for key communications, campaigns, and events.
  • Establish and maintain standards and templates for communications to ensure alignment with our corporate communication strategy and standards.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure a consistent, transparent, and impactful communication flow with employees across the business.
  • Act as a bridge between leadership and employees, providing timely updates on organizational developments.
  • Bring forward new ideas and creative ways to execute media activity that support business goals.
  • Work with our Marketing Communications teams to drive a modernized approach to digital and social media engagement.
  • Manage and direct agency relationships to execute communications campaigns.
  • Plan and support corporate events, including quarterly Town Halls.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, journalism, or a relevant field.
  • Healthcare communications experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing both internal and external communications in large, global companies with diverse work populations.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in developing narratives, leadership communications, and communications strategies and tactical execution.
  • Ability to synthesize a variety of activities into clear and compelling frameworks to help stakeholders understand how discrete actions support a broader agenda.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience leading digital communications strategies, including employee intranet, website, email, and social media efforts.
  • Understanding and experience executing change management methodologies.
  • Advanced MS PowerPoint skills.

Travel Requirements:
Ability to travel up to 25%

Desired Characteristics:
Some flexibility will be required to connect with colleagues and markets in different time zones. Graphic design experience is preferred, but not required. Hubspot and SharePoint experience preferred.
