Job Summary

We are seeking an Executive Director to lead our Azione Unlimited residential integration group. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Custom Integration, this role is responsible for strategy, P&L, business operations, and user experience. The successful candidate will drive revenue and EBITDA growth, while embodying our core values of Trust, Leadership, and Collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Craft and implement strategic plans that align with Azione Unlimited's mission and core focus areas.
    • Lead the organization towards its vision, championing innovation and excellence.
  • Operations
    • Set division's goals and objectives, and develop relevant key performance metrics to meet/exceed targets.
    • Establish repeatable processes and procedures for managing projects.
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Azione Unlimited.
  • P&L
    • Ensure the financial health of the organization through careful budgeting and financial forecasting.
    • Drive revenue and manage expenses with full P&L responsibility of the division.
    • Devise new strategies to increase revenue.
    • Work with Executive Leadership team on Capital Investment forecasting.
  • Membership Engagement
    • Boost member engagement with valuable events, programs, services, and benefits that surpass member expectations.
  • Leadership
    • Serve as the primary spokesperson for Azione Unlimited.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to further the group's mission.
    • Embody NMG's culture of Trust, Leadership, and Collaboration.
    • Create an engaging working environment for team members.
    • Create and evolve a team culture that is collaborative, creative, customer-focused, and performance-driven.
    • Provide regular updates to NMG management on key initiatives, budgets, performance, etc.
    • Work with the SVP of Custom Integration to coordinate development of annual project roadmap.
Requirements
  • Proven success at an organization that serves the target market.
  • Experience building and managing teams that can build and grow innovative, industry-leading solutions.
  • Candidates will be required to pass a background check screening upon offer of employment.
Competencies
  • Finance-minded with proven experience owning the P&L.
  • Deep understanding of the custom integration industry.
  • Strong executive presence with proven ability to motivate teams and build alignment toward common goals.
Work Environment

This position is located in a general office environment with moderate noise. The employee must be able to access all components of the workstation and other office equipment. Frequent typing, writing, bending, and twisting are required. The employee must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.
