Position Overview: Responsible for leading, managing, and coordinating the daily operations of construction projects.

Reports to: Senior Project Manager or Project Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide the formation of high-performing teams through effective supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring. Ensure timely feedback is provided to team members, including completion of performance evaluations.
  • Oversee and nurture assigned personnel to maximize job performance and career growth.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in SAP and Procore for budget oversight.

  • Lead in risk assessment, contract negotiations, and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with business ethics and integrity standards.
  • Exhibit a high standard of personal accountability and integrity, mentoring staff to uphold these values.
  • Supervise field operations and engineering processes.
  • Educate the team on requirements related to insurance and labor relations.
  • Enforce safety protocols among project staff.
  • Coordinate with Finance to initiate payment processes and ensure timely payments.
  • Keep management updated on project and budget progress through regular Operations Review Meetings.
  • Support and promote the use of various company initiatives and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantages.
  • Foster an inclusive and diverse work environment.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree coupled with a minimum of ten years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Comprehensive knowledge of construction cost management, scheduling, estimating, procurement, and engineering principles, along with accounting fundamentals. Proven abilities in written and verbal communication, proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite, and advanced presentation skills. Capability to interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules. Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
