Job Summary

Cynet Health is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Care Specialist - Telemetry RN to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced telemetry environment.

  • Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per year (dependent on experience)
  • Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Direct Patient Care

We are looking for an experienced Telemetry RN who can provide direct patient care, administering medications and treatments accurately and in a timely manner. This includes monitoring and interpreting cardiac rhythms, ensuring quick reaction to any changes in the patient's status.

Collaboration and Communication

You will collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure a high standard of care. Your strong communication skills and adaptability to changing circumstances will be essential in this role.

Documentation and Education

You will document patient care and responses accurately in the electronic medical record system. Additionally, you will educate patients and their families about health conditions, post-discharge care, and wellness strategies.

Maintenance of a Safe Work Environment

You will participate in the improvement of patient outcomes through evidence-based practice and maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to policies and procedures.
