Job Title: Clinical Training Specialist Lead

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Training Specialist Lead to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires expertise in training and development, with a strong focus on improving patient care outcomes.

Job Summary:
The purpose of this position is to ensure a trained, competent clinical staff across the KPGA Region to provide safe, effective patient care in compliance with regulatory requirements, professional standards, and internal policy. The Clinical Training Specialist Lead will research, design, and conduct training programs and competency validations based on needs assessments and evaluates and revises these programs to produce the desired learning and performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provides and facilitates training and educational programs for clinical and medical office staff across the KPGA Region.
* Designs training curriculum (manuals, presentations, e-learning) using instructional design and adult learning principles.
* Conducts learning needs assessment of the clinical staff to identify gaps and target training / educational initiatives.
* Researches and writes evidence-based clinical lesson plans that include measurable objectives and teaching strategies appropriate for the adult learner.

Compensation: $93,000 - $123,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
