At HealthFirst Staffing, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of experience in orthopedic surgical settings to take on a Medical/Surgical (M/S) RN position with no required time off.
About the RoleThis role involves providing high-quality patient care, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless delivery of care. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive work history, up-to-date certifications, and be willing to work holidays.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional patient care through effective communication, assessment, and intervention.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Degree in Nursing with current licensure and certification.
- At least 2 years of experience in orthopedic surgical settings.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
