About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Sales Manager to lead our Longmont, CO branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the success of our branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Growth: Execute our branch sales strategy by sourcing and qualifying new leads, developing our workforce solutions, and pricing and closing orders.
  • Manage Customer Relationships: Maintain consistent communication with existing customers to close additional up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Recruiting and Talent Management: Oversee recruiting efforts to ensure a qualified pool of talent to meet customer demand.
  • Financial Management: Strategically manage branch profit and loss (P&L).
  • Conflict Resolution: Handle complaints, settle disputes, resolve grievances, and conflicts.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, manage, train, and coach a team of branch staff.
  • Performance Management: Work with employees to set performance goals, expectations, and professional development plans while holding them accountable for branch success.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch and assist with hands-on processes as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to streamline processes for operational efficiency and excellence.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure workers are appropriately dispatched to job sites, customer orders are serviced and filled, and payouts are timely.
  • Safety and Compliance: Create a culture of safety by conducting site visits and meeting with customers and temporary job seekers. Proactively take actions to contribute to a safer workplace for our people.
  • Workers Compensation: Manage workers compensation claims.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5 years related experience; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience managing in the staffing industry preferred.
  • Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales as an independent producer or sales leader.
  • Leadership Competencies: Proven leadership competencies and experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrates proficient business acumen to include financial performance, and success in developing and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and make decisions.
  • Time Management: Ability to execute, prioritize, and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Process Improvement: Ability to drive processes, improve operational performance, and achieve results.
  • Team Management: Ability to hire, manage, develop, and lead individuals and teams.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with a diverse employee population.
  • Valid Driver's License: At times, you may be required to drive a vehicle to transport temporary workers to job sites or to conduct customer site visits.
