About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our in-store merchandising team, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with retail partners, and driving sales growth through effective merchandising and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide in-store merchandising support to retail partners, including building displays, resetting shelves, and tracking inventory
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective merchandising and inventory management
